The Penia Familia (ペニア・ファミリア) was a Familia unknowingly composed by all the former members of Dionysus Familia. It was disbanded when Dionysus killed her in Knossos.

The Penia Familia was created when Dionysus manipulated his Familia members and Penia with divine wine to convert them to the Penia Familia while he pretended they were still part of his own Familia.
During the first assault to Knossos, Dionysus killed Penia within the labyrinth. Her death caused all of the Familia members to have their falna sealed and the activation of the altar within Knossos; which in turn caused the super growth of a green flesh-like plant, consuming everyone that could not get out of there in time. Without the benefits of falna, the then-disbanded Penia Familia members lacked the necessary speed to escape and thus all of them died. There were approximately 80 casualties.
