Promise's Campanella (約束のカンパネラ) is a special short story given to those who purchased volume 17 of DanMachi in Animate.
Summary[]
Hestia put on her hair accessories as her only act of rebellion. All traces of her relationship with Bell had been erased except for that one, a gift he had given her long ago that Freya didn't know about.
One afternoon the two came across each other on the street. Although she didn't do anything at first, after they passed each other Bell turned around and asked her about her accessories. With Bell's guards and those in charge of watching her surrounding them, Hestia couldn't tell him the truth since they would go for the rest of her familia, so she only told him that they had been a gift from someone important to her.
When Bell asked about that person, Hestia immediately knew that he was actually asking who it was. Despite wanting to tell the truth, she lied saying that she couldn't meet that person since they were too far away. Bell lowered his head in grief, but she then recited the promise she had made to him in Edas Village, declaring that she would always think of that person and would definitely go for them.
With that, Hestia's "rebellion" ended. Bell was too tired to understand what she had truly meant, and the Freya Familia would surely continue to keep a close eye on her. Still, Hestia was determined to keep her promise.
