Revis (レヴィス), true name Revinus Darda (レヴィナス·ダルダ), was a former member of Alecto Familia, reborn as a Creature who worked for Enyo and the Corrupted Spirit.
Appearance[]
As Revinus, she was a dark elf noted to have "striking and intense eyes".
In her previous form, she had blood red hair and green eyes along with a cold expression. She originally wore a light colored battle cloth, but later switched to a red one that looked like she took it from an adventurer she had killed.
In her current form she possesses the body of Aura Moriel, who was an elf with white hair along with dark purple blue eyes, and wore a black and red outfit.
Personality[]
As Revinus, she grew up dealing with isolation and abuse, being the only dark elf in her village, and after experimenting with her own pain, developed a sadistic attitude as she became interested in conflict and struggle. She became a follower of the Goddess Alecto, who encouraged her to seek out conflict, leading her to pick fights with many powerful beings, including Gods, until she died in the Dungeon.
Upon being claimed by the Corrupted Spirit, Revinus was split into seven fragments, and would be reborn as a Creature in suitable bodies, to serve as the Spirit's guardian over the next couple centuries; the red-headed Revis containing the "sixth fragment".
Revis thought of herself as nothing more than a tool of her master, rebuking Olivas for believing that they were "chosen beings". True to her belief, she was loyal and followed missions to their fullest extent. Nonetheless, she wasn't blindly obedient, as she refused Ein's order to deal with the Loki Familia who were on their way to the 59th Floor, telling her that she didn't mind being used, but would act on her own.
While she demonstrated loyalty to the Demi Spirit, it seemed to stem from being connected to it and listening to its wishes rather than from genuine devotion. She found its constant insistence on wanting to see the sky annoying and aggressively told it to shut up when she finally got fed up with it.
Forced to follow the Demi and Corrupted Spirits' will, the only thing Revis cared for was to always get done with whichever task she was given as quick as possible. She lacked any sort of modesty or sensibility, using her body to lure Hashana and getting naked in front of him without displaying shame, while later employing a dreadful method like wearing his skin as a mask to hide her identity. To this, annoyance was the sole emotion she displayed whatsoever every time things became more complicated or her plans were thwarted. Her outbursts could be quite agressive as she crushed Hashana's head to vent her frustation once. She could also be resentful, as she referred to cutting Finn down and leaving him fatally wounded as payback for the beatdown he gave her. Due to having been granted a tremendous might, Revis considered herself an extremely dangerous enemy and was firmly confident of her abilities.
Even with traits like those, she demonstrated to be a rational person who knew better than to let her anger or confidence take over. When her enemies proved to be too powerful for her to win or she deemed her mission a failure, she sought to retreat as soon as possible.
Having become a Creature, Revis ended up losing all the emotions that she had prior to her transformation, giving place to the usual monotony and habitual disinterest that for so long accompanied her. However, her quest to capture Ais and consequent repeated clashes with her ended up causing a flame to be fanned within her little by little. Ultimately, her desire to defeat the mighty adventurer became the only stimulus in her life, causing her to once again display emotions, such as exaltation.
Upon being confronted in her final form in Aura's body, Revis admits to Ais and Loki Familia about her complex feelings regarding her relationship to the Spirit, feeling trapped as merely its puppet, yet also feeling a sense of attachment and loyalty, desiring to protect and fulfill its wishes. She willingly sacrifices her final fragment to help the Spirit achieve its goal, infecting Ais with her own memories.

She also had incredible endurance, being able to block Lefiya's magic using only her hand; and a great regenerative ability, managing to fully heal in a matter of seconds after losing her arm and having her stomach pierced, along with several other severe injuries.
- Enhanced Hearing: As a Creature, Revis had incredible hearing, being able to hear fighting in another section of Knossos.
Flesh Armor: During her final battle with Ais, Revis acquired a red armor made of green flesh created by the Demi Spirit and infused with its magic which covered the right side of her body.
The armor increased her abilities greatly, being almost on par with Ais using Ariel and Avenger, who had previously easily overwhelmed her. It was also pretty resistant, able to block Ais' attacks. In addition to that, she had an eye that allowed Revis to react to attacks from her blind spot. Her arm also instinctively protected her from those attacks that were too fast for her to react.
Additionally, because she was in Knossos, which was covered by the green flesh of the Demi Spirit, Revis was able to replace it when it was destroyed. However, the armor severely damaged her body due to being unable to withstand its power, being able to resist only due to her regenerative ability.
Skilled Fighter: Revis was shown to be a quite skilled swordsman, managing to stand up to Ais in their fight in the 24th Floor even after her rise to Level 6. She was also able to fight just as well without a weapon, such as when she fought Finn in hand to hand combat.
Equipment[]
Weapon: Revis first used a longsword, later switching to an ominous red nature weapon longsword during her battle with Ais in volume 3. She also used a black curse weapon longsword made by Barca Perdix while in Knossos.
Trivia[]
- Originally the author planned for Revis and Alise to be the same person,[1] but he discarded the idea due to how cruel that would have been to Ryuu.[2]
