Quest (
Summary[]
On the 51st floor of the dungeon, Ais, Tione, Tiona, and Lefiya were on their way to Cadmus' Spring. Ais and Tiona charged ahead while Tione fought from the middle and Lefiya backed them up from behind with her magic. However, as Lefiya began her chant, a Deformis Spider tried to attacker her. She was saved by Tione and tried to start the chant again but the fight was already over.
Lefiya apologized for her inability to do anything, causing Tione to send Ais over to her. Lefiya tried to show her usefulness by gathering magic stones and drop items but failed. Ais comforted her and shared her own experience from back when she first joined the Loki Familia. Ais had carried a heavy load back up to the surface by herself, causing her to stay in bed for three days. Ais told Lefiya that they would protect her whenever needed, and in turn Lefiya would protect them whenever needed. This cheered her up and they continued on to Cadmus' Spring, only to find out that they lost the map. Tiona showed them a way to find the spring by listening carefully.
The four of them stopped next to the passageway leading to the spring. Ais became suspicious of the silence and went off on her own. They entered the room with the spring to find the area dissolved and the Cadmus itself also dead. Tione had a bad feeling and they left the room after securing the Cadmus Hide and Cadmus Spring Water. As they left, they heard a scream and rushed to the location. They saw Finn, Gareth, Bete running from an unknown monster while carrying Raul. Tiona attacked the monster despite Finn's protest and was shocked to discover that it dissolved her weapon.
The group ran from the huge groups of monsters and ended up in a room. The walls around them cracked to produce a huge group of Black Rhinos. The group stayed calm at the sight of the Monster Party and fought them off while Lefiya chanted for her magic. As she chanted, Lefiya remembered Ais' words from before and they gave her hope. She fired a Fusillade Fallarica at the huge group of Black Rhinos and killed them all.
Despite the success in getting rid of the monsters, Finn had a bad feeling. He reminded Tione of how one group of monsters came from the passageway leading to the floor above. The group quickly rushed back to the 50th floor only to discover that the monsters were attacking the Loki Familia campground. Ais led the way as the group charged to help the others.
