Fight Back (
Summary[]
Despite having sealed her magic and being on the same level Phryne was unable to defeat Ais by who she was being outmatched by her. However, Ais was also incapable of ending the match due to not having Desperate or Ariel. Bete arrived, sending Phryne flying with a kick and handing Ais her sword, instructing her to go help the Amazonesses sisters. She was unsure but left after Bete reminded her he would soon become stronger than her. Phryne tried to go after Ais but was stopped by Bete who told her he would make her shut up.
In a cave, Lefiya managed to hear the commotion outside, deducing that it was Ais and the others. Kali had told her that if she started chanting the Amazonesses that were with her would cut her throat but she decided to do it, taking advantage of the light from her magic circle that filtered through her holes to use it as her signal. Her idea worked though she was somewhat disappointed when she saw Gareth instead of Ais. The Amazonesses tried to attack Gareth but were easily defeated by him.
Thanks to his skill Úlfheðinn Bete easily defeated Phryne and then proceeded to attack the rest of the Ishtar Familia members. Having located the one responsible for Phryne's power increase he went for her but stopped at the look of fear in her eyes. Aisha took advantage of this to take her away while Bete just stood still, telling the girl to not go into the battlefield if she wasn't ready.
Elsewhere, Tiona continued her fight with Bache while she asked Kali to stop the rituals if she won. However, Kali replied that she wouldn't allow such a thing and told Bache to not be fooled. Kali pointed out it had been a good idea to keep an eye on them since she knew Argana and Tione would comply with the ritual since they were similar in addition to Tione's hatred towards Telskyura and her desire to protect Tiona. Since the ship was already on its way to Telskyura, all that was left to do was to bring the winner between Bache and Tiona and everything would go as she had planned.
