Thanatos (
Summary[]
Separated from the rest, Lefiya and Filvis continued to advance through Knossos. At one point they encountered Ein in their path, although fortunately Ein didn't notice them. They watched as Ein opened a door to meet with two other people, one of whom they realized was a God. Once the three of them left Lefiya used Wynn Fimbulvetr to keep the door open. telling Filvis to go get help while she would go back inside. Filvis tried to talk her out of it but she couldn't so she decided to go back with her but not before Lefiya left a piece of the magic stone from her staff to leave a trail of magical power for Riveria and Loki to find.
Inside the labyrinth Ais looked for another path after not being able to capture Barca. As she passed besides a certain hallway she got a strange feeling so she headed towards it. Upon doing so she came to a large room with seven large broken jars realizing that seven Jewel Fetus had been there. Revis arrived and Ais tried to ask her for the location of the Demi Spirits but she simply told her to try find them. After that she showed her Finn's broken spear and commented she hadn't been able to finish him off. Furious, Ais charged at her but, to her surprise, Revis was able to easily deal with her. Revis told her to use her wind as it would be a problem if she died so she activated Ariel, however Revis was still able to defeat her by cutting through Ariel and slashing her with her sword while pointing out the difference in power between them and declaring she had won.
Seeing Revis had defeated Ais, Barca began to talk to himself about Knossos, referring to it as his ancestor's masterpiece bequeathed to them, his descendants, commenting that despite a thousand years having passed it was still not finished. He went on to say that although he had changed the design, this had its advantages as through the statues spread throughout the labyrinth he could keep an eye on the Loki Familia's movements stating it was impossible to conquer Knossos without a key. He added that the problem was keeping track of the Elves as they broke the statues in their path.
As they walked, Filvis turned to a door in their path and entered the room with Lefiya following behind her. Inside it was a mural in which there was a large dragon in the center with six women around it, all with their arms crossed and their eyes closed, making her wonder if they were sacrifices or saints. Thanatos appeared, explaining that the dragon on the mural was the Nidhogg, the most feared monster until the arrival of the Behemoth, the Leviathan, and the Black Dragon. Lefiya asked him who he was and he introduced himself as the last of the Dark Gods and leader of Evilus, taking credit for everything regarding the faction in the last five years, including making contact with Revis. Lefiya asked him if he was Enyo to which the God replied he was not, adding he did not know their appearance or voice and only knew of that person through Ein and Revis.
Lefiya asked him why he wanted to destroy Orario to which he replied by explaining that he was the God of death and in Heaven he used to cleanse people's souls. He liked to do his job but because of the falna people didn't die as much as before expressing his wish for the previous era to come back. He revealed that the current members of Evilus were following him under the promise he had made to them that once he destroyed Orario he would return to Heaven and make them reincarnate with their lost loved ones. Despite the fact that he explained to them that once they reincarnated they would have lost their memories, they did not care since they would be with their loved ones again, some even saying that it was impossible for them to forget that person. Given this, he told them there was a possibility that something not even the Gods could foresee could happen if their feelings were real, making what they said possible. This infurated Lefiya who angrily asked him between yells what did he thought feelings were.
Just then a group of Evilus members arrived so Filvis used Dio Thyrsos to blind them so they could escape. Once they left, they asked Thanatos not to wander without a guard, after which he asked them what the current situation was, to which they informed him that the Loki Familia was on the 8th floor. At that moment, Ishtar arrived along with Tammuz and Ein, commenting that it looked like it was going to be fun.
