Summary[]
Inside Knossos, the members of Evilus tried to retain a Demi Spirit but it was impossible for them since the wind of Ais had altered it. Ishtar ordered Thanatos to release it as she wanted to see if it could defeat the Loki Familia to see if it would be useful against the Freya Familia. Initially he refused but agreed since she had given them a lot of money as well as wanting to see it in action himself.
Gareth congratulated Ais for bringing them together and ordered the others to report their situation to him. Revis was annoyed to see reinforcements had arrived but still prepared to face them. Bete asked her if she could handle that many to which she replied she could handle them alone and if they wanted she could call the Violas. However, at that moment the Demi Spirit came through the wall. Revis tried to control it but couldn't, pointing out that her "voice" couldn't reach it, getting angry at Thanatos for using it without her permission, and decided to retreat.
After regrouping with more members of the Loki Familia, Lefiya heard a noise and saw Ais and the others coming through a door. She informed them two people had been injured with cursed weapons and Raul ordered them to be treated but at that moment Bete noticed that the Demi Spirit was also approaching, arriving shortly after, forcing them to continue fleeing. After a very short strategy meeting, Finn ordered Gareth to stay behind to deal with the monster while the rest followed Lefiya to the exit she had found. The Dwarf was surprised when he saw that Tione and Tiona decided to stay to help him. Raul also decided to stay to act as the rearguard, motivating Narvi and Cruz to do the same.
Once the rest left, Gareth signaled that they should attack its legs and ordered Tione to use her magic. She tried to protest since she wasn't good with it but since she had no other choice she started her chant and once she finished it she used List Iorum to hold one of its legs. Gareth and Tiona attacked it but were unable to hurt the creature due to its tough skin. The Demi Spirit asked them if they wanted to play and began stomping on the ground, breaking it and forcing them to dodge its attacks. Tione tried to keep it still but it dragged her making her get angry so she decided to hit it. Gareth and Tiona took advantage of this to attack it so the Demi Spirit tried to defend itself using Thunder Ray but they dodged easily. They tried to attack it again but this time the Demi Spirit fought back using Caelum Veil, an enchantment similar to Ariel, and repeled them by chanting Distel. After that it began to hit the ground with its enchanted hooves, causing a devastating explosion that sent everyone flying. Seeing this Thanatos commented that it was truly amazing.
