Tammuz Belili (タンムズ・ベリリ) is the former vice-captain of the Ishtar Familia. During the attack on the Entertainment District, he was charmed by Freya and later joined the Freya Familia.

Tammuz was loyal to Ishtar and used to be her confidant until he was charmed by Freya during her attack on Ishtar, after which he started loyally following Freya's commands as he once did Ishtar's.
