Synopsis[]
Bell was attacked immediately by Evilus as soon as he traveled through time. After learning that it was 7 years ago, he was saved by Ryuu and Astraea Familia, in which Ryuu was confused how Bell knew her name. The narrator, "Chaos", told Astraea everything, so she invited Bell to stay at the Astraea Familia home. The other Familia members, however, were mistaken as they thought he was being arrested as an attacker, but Bell finally settled in safely. Astraea told Bell that he should take a different name, and Bell took on the name "Argo".
That night, Alise came to Bell's room and asked him: "What is justice?" Bell says that justice is "When you get helped by someone, saying thank you would make them smile"; while Bell likes this, he later says that this is not an answer. After hearing this, Alise laughed and praised that this was really important. She also asked if Bell would like to join Astraea Familia and that she would vouch for him if the others refused. The next morning, Bell did not sleep late and helped everyone make breakfast. Originally, it was all done by Lyra, so she first gave Bell a candy as a thank you gift, and then checked whether there was any poison in the breakfast. This was a habit she had developed in the Prison from her childhood. Bell had no idea what the Prison was; dumbfounded, Lyra said that Bell was the same as Ryuu and that the candy given to Bell was an anesthetic. His hands would be slightly numb if he was a Level 2, but Bell showed no signs of this at all, so Lyra deducted that Bell was an adventurer above Level 3.
Everyone was ready for breakfast, but Kaguya hadn't come down yet, so Ryuu, Alise, and Bell went to her room to call her. What they saw was Kaguya wearing only a lingerie, which flustered Bell, but Kaguya didn't care and wanted Bell to do the laundry, throwing him her underwear (which Alise offered too). Bell screamed and rushed out, and met Adi outside. When she saw Bell, she wondered how a man could run out of "The Flowerbed of Girls that forbids boys". As she stepped forward and asked, Bell fell to the ground and Kaguya's underwear was discovered by Adi.
After Adi arrested Bell as an active criminal, Astraea came over to help him explain the situation and rescued him. After clearing the misunderstanding and telling Bell to not run around with a girl's underwear, Adi notes the white hair and "Argo" nickname that Bell has is just like Argonaut. Bell catches on and asks if Adi liked heroic stories too, which they bonded over. Adi is surprised in how Bell was able to know about the Wishe version of the tale, which is considered rare and is only transferred orally. Every time she wanted to discuss it with someone, they would say it was just a fairy tale. Bell said that there was nothing that could be done about it, since Argonaut was more of a comedy, and he continues that he liked Epimetheus more than Argo. Adi expounded that according to her research, Argonaut also admired Epimetheus. The two started chatting, and Adi talked about the strange fortune-teller that was not recorded in some records. Bell thinks it's an important figure, but he thinks that this fortune-teller is probably the person who wrote the story of Argo.
Afterwards, he hurries over to witness a scene; although the attacking Evilus had been wiped out, Lyra has been seriously injured, and everyone else was as well. Bell is shocked by the chaos of the Dark Age, and at the same time, he remembers that Ryuu once said that the precursor to the Great Feud is the switch to seize magic stone products. Bell told Astraea everything before, and felt that it was not too much to let Ryuu have a future without crying. However, he realized that his awareness was still not enough. He asked Astraea if he changed the past, what would happen to his original future? She responded that she didn't know what his original world would be like, but this world would definitely deviate from the past he knew. People who died would survive, and people who would meet may not meet. The Hestia Familia in this world will definitely change, so Astraea doesn't ask Bell about justice and lets him decide whether to wait and see or take action; no one will blame him no matter which one he chooses.
After Bell came out, he met Kaguya and asked her what she would do if she could go back to change the past. Kaguya said angrily that he is so depressed because of this problem. However, after being angry for a while, she listened and Bell told her that he has been sent back to the past. Kaguya was furious again and said "No matter, it was 7 years ago or whatever, the now is the now. How can people who don't work hard to live in the present have a good future?" After being awakened by Kaguya, Bell understood that no matter the past or the future, it is important to do what you can do now. Bell laughed and said that it was the same as what Ryuu said, Kaguya is strong and strict, and an upright person. Then Bell ran away from the Stardust Garden.
After that, a faction with only one person appeared in Orario. He intervened on the battlefield to save countless people. Astraea Familia discussed that this mysterious figure recently stopped Evilus from attacking the magic stone factory again, and also defeated and arrested the leader of the Alecto Familia. Some people call him "Jester", plus Finn has used him in recent battles. Ryuu wondered if Jester is connected with Finn and the Loki Familia, but Lyra feels that Finn is just taking advantage of the situation, and there is no cooperative relationship between the two parties. There was a quarrel between Ryuu and Kaguya because Bell disappeared from the Stardust Garden without a trace the night Jester showed up and Kaguya was the last person to see him.
The two almost came to blows, when Alise said that Jester was definitely Bell, and felt a little sad that he didn't rely on everyone. But then she thought about it and realized that Bell might not have much time left. At this time, Bell was rushing into Knossos, thinking that he could break it and had to retreat because it's too hard. Bell was upset and said that he could not defeat the enemy like Ryuu and Ais. He could inform Finn, but if he directly contacts him, the other party will definitely doubt him, and there is no way to cooperate normally, so he gives the information to Astraea, which she can share the information with Loki, and then Finn will naturally take advantage of Bell's existence, which he thought about what only he could do.
Bell wanted to sleep, but couldn't. That's when Hermes found him, which is what Bell wanted. Hermes was frightened when he saw Bell's expression, and asked him how long it had been since he slept. Bell replied, "I don't care if it's more than two weeks." He realized that he would escape from the past when he slept. Bell and Hermes exchanged information. Hermes didn't believe it at first, because he was afraid that Bell is hypnotized or a madman. As a result, Bell took off his clothes and showed him his Falna to prove that what he said was true. Hermes saw this ironclad evidence, laughed and said that he had lost, and asked Bell what he wanted from him.
Hermes was dumbfounded when he heard what Bell wanted him to do, and the exchange condition was that Bell gave him the Daedalus Key that he had taken from the enemy. Bell asked Hermes to give something to Adi, but Hermes refused and called Adi, saying Bell should give it to her himself. By the time she arrived, Bell's body was almost gone. Bell handed her a piece of jewelry and asked her to wear it and says that she is beautiful and she will be saved, Adi is crying and said that it was the first time a boy gave her a present and asked if they could meet again. Just then, the Astrea Familia also arrived, and Bell said it was great that he could meet them. He says to Ryuu, "Justice will come around. I received justice from you, so you will reach it one day. Please keep moving forward."
After saying this, Bell woke up. Returning to his original world, Ryuu invited him to go to Alise's grave to report that he had returned to the world. They were now finally free from the aftermath of the great struggle.
Everyone laughed about how Ryuu cried for Adi when Adi was involved in the suicide bomber, but they also wondered how Adi could survive in such a situation. Adi said that the necklace saved her. Her fate was that she had forgotten who gave her the jewelry, and no one could remember what happened to Bell and just felt like there was someone there. They said Astraea probably knew about it but didn't tell her. Adi said that she would continue to wear this jewelry and one day she would meet him again (using "watashi" instead of the usual "boku"). Alise said that if she met him in the future, she would say thank you to him.
Astraea asked Hermes what Bell gave Adi, which he said was the pendant Bell got from Syr in the Apollo Familia War Game, so he knew that Freya had this thing. Astraea told Hermes that this world has its future separated from Bell's world. In short, if there are any strange movements in the Rudra Familia, please ask Loki and Freya Familia to respond. Next, there's Knossos to conquer. People in the lower world will gradually forget about Bell. Only Gods will remember it, but they are also looking forward to meeting Bell in this world 7 years later.
