The Monsters Fall in Love, and the Sage Reaches a New Enlightenment (怪物は恋い焦がれ、そして賢者は新たな悟りを開く) is a special short story given to those who purchased volume 11 of DanMachi in Toranoana.
The story was later adapted in Memoria Freese to promote the tenth episode of the third season of the anime.

Because Hestia had placed Bell's occulus close to Fels' the Xenos could hear the situation the young adventurer was in. Each reacted upon hearing his interactions with Naaza, Ryuu, Aisha, and Eina one after another.
The conversation soon turned to love affairs regarding Bell between several Xenos. After Laura made known her desire to sleep with him, and a brief discussion with a perplexed Ray, Wiene said she had always slept with Bell, leading to a misunderstanding that caused the biggest wave of screams so far. Fed up with such uproar, Gros declared that was why he had told them to shut up.
Meanwhile Fels, with a voice as if his gaze would be lost in the distance if he had a normal body, silently commented that fools liked variety, or rather that they couldn't refuse it. Until Welf and Mikoto came for them, the mage had to endure the noisy Xenos alone, giving birth to that new proverb.
